Zypher Ecosystem Fund Overview

We have launched the Ecosystem Fund, allocating 5% of the total $POP token supply (valued at over $7 million USD) to accelerate the growth of a verifiable AI ecosystem and support the creation of a decentralized AI agent economy.

Purpose

The fund aims to further Zypher’s mission of building a trust layer for AI using the Proof of Prompt (PoP) protocol. This ensures that every AI decision is auditable, provable, and trustworthy, leveraging zero-knowledge proofs (ZKPs) and trusted execution environments (TEEs).

It will empower developers, researchers, creators, and partners building across Zypher’s ecosystem, including:

• PoP Protocol (Verifiable AI Layer)

• AI Security Browser

• Zytron AI Chain (BNB Layer 2)

• Proof Mining Network

Ecosystem Fund Initiatives

The fund will support a wide range of initiatives to foster adoption, innovation, and community involvement:

1. Grants Program

   • Supporting early-stage teams and researchers integrating PoP verification into AI workflows, DeFi automation, and RWA tokenization.

2. Hackathons & Builder Competitions

   • Global events focusing on verifiable AI agent creation, zkPrompt auditing tools, and AI browser extensions.

3. Open Development & Community Bounties

   • Rewards for open-source contributions including SDKs, APIs, integration tools, educational resources, and documentation.

4. Bug Bounty & Security Initiatives

   • Encouraging ethical hackers and researchers to enhance Zypher’s ZK-TEE infrastructure and verification systems.

5. Airdrops & Community Engagement

   • Proof of POP challenges, ambassador programs, and loyalty campaigns to align community growth with network expansion.

Fund Governance & Distribution

The Ecosystem Fund will be distributed progressively over three years from Zypher’s Ecosystem Reserve, following three core principles:

• Annual Budgeting: Each quarter, a defined portion of the pool will be allocated to grants, campaigns, and developer rewards.

• Transparent Oversight: All transactions and disbursements will be recorded and verifiable on-chain via PoP infrastructure.

• Strategic Co-Investment: Collaboration with institutional and ecosystem investors to amplify the fund's impact across AI, ZK, and DeFi.

Long-Term Commitment

Zypher is committed to reinvesting 5% of the total $POP supply back into its builder community, reinforcing its belief that AI should be open, verifiable, and community-powered.
