Zero-Knowledge Protocols Development: Spearhead the design and development of zero-knowledge proof protocols in Zypher’s ZKP library, such as Plonk, JubJub and zk-STARKs, used in our zk Game Engines.
Efficient Circuit Design: Craft and refine circuits essential for zero-knowledge proofs, focusing on optimizing efficiency and computational resource requirements to enhance the gaming experience.
Secure Integration: Seamlessly integrate ZK Virtual Machines in our game engine, ensuring easy integration of robust, private, and verifiable transactions in games for third party game developers.
Optimization and Auditing: Continuously optimize cryptographic implementations for performance and conduct rigorous security audits to identify and mitigate potential vulnerabilities, ensuring the highest standards of security and privacy.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Partnerships & Market Analysis: Lead the charge in identifying and securing strategic partnerships that align with our vision, conducting in-depth market analysis to pinpoint industry trends and opportunities. Your role will be crucial in negotiating deals that foster long-term collaboration and innovation, positioning Zypher Games as a leader in the decentralized gaming space.
Relationship Building & Strategic Planning: Develop and nurture relationships with key industry players, including web2 game studios, web3 gaming guilds, game developer communities, infrastructure providers (oracle, DA Layer, Settlement Layer, ZKVM, proof market, etc.) . Your ability to maintain these relationships will be vital for unlocking new opportunities and ensuring Zypher Network' sustained industry presence. You'll also play a key role in strategic planning, helping to steer the company's direction and uncover new growth avenues.
Communication & Market Expansion: Serve as Zypher Network' ambassador at industry events and Ethereum conferences, showcasing our vision and securing our foothold in new markets. You'll be responsible for crafting compelling presentations and networking effectively to expand our reach. Developing strategies for entering new markets will also fall under your remit, requiring a thoughtful approach to localization, cultural adaptation, and compliance with local regulations.
Innovation & Product Collaboration: Work closely with the product and development teams to ensure that our partnerships and market strategies are reflected in our product offerings. Your input will help guide product development and innovation, ensuring that our games and technologies meet market demands and capitalize on emerging trends.

Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough reviews and revisions of technical content, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and adherence to established standards and styles.
Feedback Incorporation: Gather and incorporate feedback from users and internal teams to continuously improve documentation and resources, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of our audience.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with technical teams to gain an in-depth understanding of product features and updates, translating technical specifications into clear, understandable content for a diverse audience.
Documentation Management: Organize and maintain documentation libraries, ensuring easy access and navigability for users, and keeping all resources up-to-date with the latest product changes and updates.

Market Insights & Analytics: Utilize market research and analytics to understand industry trends and user behavior. Apply these insights to refine marketing tactics, ensuring Zypher Network remains at the forefront of the gaming and blockchain sectors.
Strategic Partnerships: Identify and develop relationships with key influencers and partners within the gaming and blockchain communities to expand our reach and reinforce our market presence.

Utilize data-driven approaches to measure, analyze, and report on community engagement activities and their impact on game growth and player satisfaction.
Develop and manage a comprehensive content calendar for community channels, including special events, competitions, and collaboration opportunities that align with Zypher Network' roadmap and strategic goals.
